“Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”

— Lewis Carroll, Through the Looking Glass, 1871

Beyond the Looking Glass – What We Do.

Alice’s Wonderland is more than a concept

✶ it is a neurodivergent-led platform for systemic transformation, narrative reclamation and critical imagination.

✶ it is a space for neurodivergent-led thought leadership, critical imagination and creative resistance and disruption.

Too often, traditional systems were never designed for neurodivergent minds—yet neurodivergent people are already reshaping industries, leading change, and redefining success. At Alice’s Wonderland, we challenge normative frameworks of leadership, professionalism, and inclusion, and instead create spaces where difference is recognised not as a deficit, but as a generative, creative force.

Our work centres epistemic justice, neuroqueer disruption, narrative disobedience, structural empathy failure and the reclamation of narrative authority.

Our work is rooted in justice, radical imagination, systemic change, and amplifying neurodivergent voices in leadership, policy, and culture, grounded in a Double Empathy approach that reframes communication and connection as mutual responsibilities.

Our Core Pillars

The Neurodivergent Leaders Network

A professional and mentorship community for neurodivergent leaders.

What It Is: A collaborative space for neurodivergent professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders to connect, share experiences, redefine leadership through lived experience and support each other in navigating leadership on our own terms.

Why It Matters: Neurodivergent people often lead differently—but powerfully. This network fosters peer mentorship, visibility, and advocacy to ensure ND professionals are not just included in leadership but influence, actively shaping the conversation.

What’s Involved:

✦ Community building & peer mentorship.

✦ Workshops, leadership development & networking events.

✦ Challenging outdated leadership models & ND representation.

Thought Leadership & Storytelling

Shifting dominant narratives through public engagement, creative work, and lived expertise.

✶ What It Is: Neurodivergent voices have often been unheard, misunderstood, or erased. Through storytelling, thought leadership, and public engagement, Alice’s Wonderland creates spaces for neurodivergent people to reclaim authorship and our narratives and redefine what counts as knowledge including ‘success’ on our terms.

✶ What’s Involved:

✦ Public speaking & keynote talks on neurodivergent leadership, identity, and systemic change.

✦ Creative & critical writing projects exploring neurodivergence, culture, and intersectionality.

✦ Workshops on narrative power, self-expression, narrative disobedience and counter-storytelling.

✦ Storytelling projects with young people and communities, exploring identity, belonging, and systemic change

☆ Research & Systemic Change

Collaborations with academics, communities, policy-makers and organisations to challenge systemic barriers and reimagine new possibilities

✶ What It Is: We collaborate to reframe neurodivergence from a clinical to a cultural lens—from intervention to insight, from diagnosis to dialogue. Together with researchers, educators, and policymakers, we advance neuroaffirmative and justice-centred frameworks.

✶ What’s Involved:

✦ Participatory research and partnerships with academic researchers and allies and co-produced projects with young people

✦ Critical Engagement with policy & education systems to implement neuroaffirmative approaches.

✦ Developing frameworks and tools for professionals and systems to embed neuroaffirmative practice

✦ Sharing insights through publications, consultancy, and community knowledge exchange

Consulting & Training

Helping organisations rethink leadership, design & access from the inside out.

✶ What It Is: Many workplaces, schools, and leadership structures still follow one-size-fits-all models that exclude neurodivergent minds.Alice’s Wonderland provides training and consultancy to shift outdated paradigms and help organisations implement real, systemic change. We support organisations to move beyond box-ticking “inclusion” toward authentic, system-wide transformation. Our work is relational, neuroaffirmative, and grounded in lived insight.

✶ What’s Involved:

✦ Consulting for businesses, education, and public sector organisations to foster ND-inclusive leadership & policies.

✦ Neurodivergence training & workshops that addresses power, bias, and structural ableism to create accessible & affirming environments.

✦ Speaking & advisory roles on how to move beyond “awareness” to genuine systemic inclusion.

✦ Strategic input on shifting culture from compliance to connection
